Bootlegger's Loft

This double King, amazingly spacious 2 King bedroom, 2 full baths, 1,350 sq ft suite is equipped with every modern comfort including a 75” flat screen Smart TV and infrared fireplace. This condo features floor to ceiling sliding glass doors and windows with 12 ft ceilings to let natural light pour in. The spacious, comfortable living room with ample seating has a 75 inch flat screen Smart TV. The master bedroom is furnished with an adjustable King bed, high-end plush mattress with top-of-the-line cotton linens. The large walk-in closet also provides everything you need for your office space (it's that big). The master bath features his and her sinks, granite countertops, and a large walk-in tile shower. The second bedroom is suited with the same plush high-end King mattress and the second bathroom also has a large walk-in tile shower. Both bathrooms have hand-held shower heads for convenient bathing. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to be right at home. A KEURIG coffee maker and pour over coffee maker as well as a 10 cup Mr. Coffee are provided along with coffee and tea. Enjoy peaceful mornings on the private front patio, even sip your coffee in your pj’s.
Every room is equipped with European AC/Heat mini splits and large ceiling fans to individually control the temperature of each room. This condo has its own washer and dryer for guest use and we strive to use organic, chemical free soap and cleaning products in the kitchen and bathroom.

Purposely designed for enjoying the scenic Verde Valley landscape, floor to ceiling sliding glass doors bring the outside in. The open floor plan living room and kitchen provide endless opportunity to soak in views of the Mingus Mountains, Cleopatra Hill, and the beautiful Sycamore Canyon.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to be right at home. A KEURIG coffee maker as well as a French press coffee maker are provided. Coffee and tea are also available for your enjoyment.

The master bedroom is furnished with an adjustable King bed, 52 inch flat screen tv, walk-in closet, and office space. From the bedroom open the sliding glass door to your secluded balcony, ideal for morning coffee or meditating. The master bathroom features his and her sinks and a large walk-in tile shower to provide ample personal space.

Enjoy the front main balcony off the living room, that overlooks Main Street and is the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset while you listen to music from the restaurants across the street. The living room features a 65” flatscreen Smart TV.

Lofts of Old Town is now introducing our 3rd Luxury Full Size Condo Rental, CopperCorner. CopperCorner is our new second floor, one bedroom luxury condo, located in the Heart of Wine Country in Cottonwood’s Historic Old Town right on Main Street.

This Luxury amazingly spacious one bedroom, full office, 2 full baths, 1,350 sq. ft condo is equipped with every modern comfort including 2 large decks. This condo features floor to ceiling sliding glass doors and windows with 9 ft ceilings to let natural light pour in. You can open the front sliding doors to the large wrap around Main Street deck where you can enjoy Main Street from above. The spacious, comfortable living room with ample seating has a 75 inch flat screen Smart TV. The main bedroom is furnished with a King Bed, high-end plush mattress with top-of-the-line cotton linens. Enjoy peaceful mornings on the private back deck off the bedroom, even sip your coffee in your pj’s. The large walk-in custom closet provides space for everything you want to bring. The ensuite main bath features double sinks, granite countertops, and a large walk-in tile shower. The second hallway bathroom also has a large walk-in tile shower. Both bathrooms have hand-held shower heads for convenient bathing. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to be right at home. Cottonwood was founded in 1879

Cottonwood is located in Yavapai County, between Prescott and Sedona. Cottonwood is surrounded by mountains views and named for the beautiful Cottonwood trees that grow along the Verde River. As settlers moved in and the community developed, it took its name from a circle of sixteen large cottonwoods growing about one-quarter of a miles away from the Verde River.

My husband Michael and I are from NJ and have been vacationing in Arizona for 20 years before moving here 7 years ago. We love everything about the area. We especially enjoy the hiking, golf and UTV riding.

Purchased in 2004

We purchased our building 1037 & 1039 N. Main Street in 2004. As you can see it was a 1926 building is bad shape. The original property consisted of a boarded up store and a two car garage. Behind the building also included a 700 sq ft. house in similar condition.....
