Bootlegger’s Loft is a spacious 1,350 sq ft double King suite at Lofts of Old Town, featuring 2 King bedrooms and 2 full baths. Designed for comfort and style, the loft includes 12-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows, and an infrared fireplace, filling the space with natural light and warmth.

The open living area offers generous seating with 75” Smart TV. The primary suite features an adjustable King bed with a plush mattress and luxury cotton linens, a large walk-in closet ideal with a workspace provided, and a spa-style bath with dual sinks, granite countertops, and a walk-in tile shower. The second King bedroom offers the same high-end mattress and a private bath with a walk-in tile shower.

The fully stocked kitchen includes a Keurig, pour-over, and 10-cup coffee maker, plus complimentary coffee and tea. Step outside to the private front patio for peaceful mornings. Additional amenities include European mini-split AC/heat in each room, ceiling fans, an in-unit washer and dryer, and the use of organic, chemical-free soaps and cleaning products throughout.

The fully stocked kitchen includes a Keurig and French press, with complimentary coffee and tea. The living area offers a 65” Smart TV and opens to a large front balcony overlooking Main Street, perfect for sunset views and enjoying the lively atmosphere below.

The primary bedroom features an adjustable King bed, 52” TV, walk-in closet with workspace, and a private balcony ideal for morning coffee or quiet relaxation. The primary bedroom features a plush King bed with luxury linens, a custom walk-in closet, and access to a private back deck—perfect for peaceful mornings. The ensuite bath offers dual sinks, granite counters, and a walk-in tile shower, with a second full bath located off the hallway.

Cottonwood was founded in 1879

Cottonwood, located in Yavapai County between Prescott and Sedona, offers stunning mountain views and is named after the beautiful Cottonwood trees that thrive along the Verde River. As settlers arrived and the community grew, it took its name from a circle of sixteen large cottonwoods situated about one-quarter of a mile from the Verde River.

My husband Michael and I are from NJ and have been vacationing in Arizona for 20 years before moving here. We love everything about the area, especially the hiking, golf, UTV riding and exploring our beautiful state.

Purchased in 2004

We purchased our building at 1037 & 1039 N. Main Street in 2004. As you can see, this 1926 building was in bad shape. The original property consisted of a boarded-up store, two-car garage and 700 sq ft. house.
